Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We pride ourselves on making premium natural products that are great for your skin and well being.  We believe in keeping our customers 100% satisfied.

Due to the nature of most of our products, soaps, perfume oils, beard oils, balm, waxes, etc, returns and refunds are not accepted.

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us at  returns@cherraeessentials.com within 7 days of receipt.  If a refund is approved, please send the product back in the original packaging.  Buyer pays for return shipping.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund, you will receive the refund back to the original form of payment less shipping and handling costs. If a refund is approved, it will take between 5-8 business.
